Located in the Point Richmond National Register Historic
District, this 6,500 square-foot in-fill building has design features which
allow it to blend in with adjacent historic structures.
Interactive Resources provided architectural and structural engineering
services for the new two-story wood-framed office building.
The interior of the building is designed to accommodate a
variety of tenants, and currently houses Richmond-based Vertigo Software Inc.,
Rosamaria's Mexican Food and Tom McGowan Investments.
The building takes its name from the former Mariner Tavern, a
famous rowdy bar and Hell's Angels hangout that once occupied a neighboring
building.
