When this 91-unit, four story, masonry and wood frame condominium project failed
due to architectural and structural defects, the lender had to complete major
repairs before the units were saleable. Interactive Resources completed a
comprehensive analysis and designed repairs for $2,500,000 of architectural and
structural defects. A major part of the work included design for repair of
leaking roofs, decks, and flashing.
Interactive Resources was subsequently called upon to provide consultant
services for litigation services and design of repairs for additional problems.
