Interactive Resources provided structural engineering services for design of
this five-story office building at Hilltop. The building, designed for Chevron
Land and Development Company, contains 87,000 square feet of leasable office
space. The building is constructed of structural steel with concrete cladding.
For maximum efficiency, the steel frame combines both braced frame elements to
resist earthquake forces.
