Interactive Resources has provided services for nearly 20 years to this 152-unit
condominium development located across the Great Highway from San Francisco's
Ocean Beach.
The development contained significant construction defects, resulting in
extensive water infiltration problems over the years. Interactive Resources has
provided comprehensive analysis of the development’s various construction
deficiencies, identifying the problems, determining responsibility, and
developing solutions.
Our firm has prepared complete drawings and specifications for implementation of
remedial construction, and provided construction administration services,
reviewing the contractors' work to see that it was properly executed. Our
firm's services have included design for repair of major elements of the
condominium complex which had experienced corrosion from the salt air
environment. In addition, we have prepared designs to correct water
infiltration at doors and windows, electrical, mechanical and structural
deficiencies, improper roofing and flashing, and stucco problems.
Interactive Resources also prepared a comprehensive Homeowners' Maintenance
Manual for future owners.
