Interactive Resources provided a comprehensive analysis of code and structural
issues relative to the reuse of the historic De Martini Winery in Clayton,
which is on the National Register of Historic Places. The analysis included a
review of necessary work to upgrade the structure in accordance with the State
Historic Building Code. The impact of vibrations from adjacent road
construction on the structural integrity of the winery building was a major
focus in the investigation. As a result of our analysis, we developed
a method to reduce the deteriorating effects of the vibrations on the
structure.
