Interactive Resources provided pre-loan review of design documents and performed
site visit reviews during construction for the permanent lender for the
Microsoft Corporate Headquarters complex.
The complex includes four three-story office buildings containing 240,000 square
feet of space. Construction materials are structural steel columns with
pre-stressed, lift-slab, concrete floors with dryvit and glass exterior.
