The American Real Estate Group, the project lender, took possession of this
multi-million dollar, 20-unit luxury condominium project when it was partially
constructed and contained significant construction defects. Interactive
Resources provided comprehensive analysis of the project's construction
deficiencies, identifying the problems, determining responsibility, and
developing solutions.
Interactive Resources then prepared complete drawings and specifications for
implementation of remedial construction. The firm provided extensive
construction administration services and was responsible for reviewing the
contractors' work to ensure proper execution. A major part of the work included
design for repair of interior and exterior components such as stucco, leaking
windows, roofs, decks and doors.
Interactive Resources also prepared a comprehensive Homeowners Maintenance
Manual for future owners, and provided technical support for the litigation of
construction claims.
