Hayward Service Center Remodel

This project involved the conversion of a 5,000 square-foot warehouse into
office space, new locker rooms, and restrooms for construction crews, as well
as a "ready room" for staff meetings and other assembly purposes. Four
thousand square feet of existing office space was redesigned to accommodate new
users and mechanical and electrical systems were renovated.
