the permanent lender for this seven-building office complex in Honolulu.
The complex contains 540,000 square feet of office and restaurant uses and
438,000 square feet of parking. Construction materials included a
poured-in-place concrete frame, precast concrete tee floors, precast concrete
and glass exterior.
