Corporation Yard Facility Master Plan

Interactive Resources provided comprehensive services site planning, programming
and preliminary design of a new City Corporation Yard. The project included
design of 3,250 square feet of administrative facilities and a
2,750-square-foot vehicle maintenance building.
The master planning study included interviews with City staff to project space
and equipment needs, proposed various alternatives for development, provided a
phasing plan, and considered the benefits of new construction versus remodeling
the existing facilities. In addition, the firm provided cost estimates for each
of the alternatives.
