Interactive Resources was called upon to analyze the recurrent causes of water
infiltration at this retail shopping mall in Pleasanton. Improper tenant
modifications and owner repairs to the sheet metal roof created numerous water
leak problems. Our firm completed on-site investigations of the roofing
system, analysis of the construction documents and construction coordination
reports. Reports detailing roofing deficiencies were compiled and
presented to Wells Fargo Bank. These reports included recommendations for
roofing repairs.
