Building 180 Renovation Treasure Island Treasure Island, CA

Building 180 is a 90,000 square foot building that was originally constructed in the 1930's as a double hanger, but was being used as an office and storage facility at the time of the renovation. In Phase I of this project, the entire exterior envelope was removed and replaced with new materials, including stucco walls, bronze anodized aluminum windows, and built-up roofing.

The scope of Phase II included an upgrade of the finish and life safety systems for the office areas, as well as the complete replacement of the building's mechanical and electrical systems.
