and site visit reviews during construction for the construction lender and the
permanent lender on this twenty-seven story office/retail building in downtown
Seattle.
This project, which encompasses almost an entire city block, contains 500,000
square feet of office and retail uses and 220,000 square feet of parking.
Construction materials are structural steel frame, precast concrete and glass
exterior.
