Interactive Resources was hired by
Alameda County to review an existing 20,000 square-foot building to identify
and design needed improvements. The building was occupied by the County
Welfare Office GAIN staff. As part of the preliminary study, Interactive
Resources interviewed key staff members in various departments in order to
program space requirements.
Following the identification of space needs, the firm identified needed
renovations, prepared associated cost estimates, and provided space planning,
interior design, and building entry modifications for the offices.
Interactive Resources provided complete working drawings and specifications for
the office remodeling.
