Interactive Resources performed a
due diligence analysis of this existing two building complex, and two
associated parking structures on ten acres.
The due diligence analysis included a review of the architectural, structural,
mechanical, and electrical systems, and BOMA calculations to determine the
rentable floor area for each floor of the buildings. The steel frame with
glass fiber reinforced concrete panel complex totals 254,000 square feet.
