Interactive Resources provided pre-loan construction document review services
for this four building office complex, which includes two five-story
structures, one three-story building, and one two-story building. The complex
totals 522,900 gross square feet. The buildings are steel framing supported on
driven piles due to the soft bay mud site soils.
Construction was fast-tracked with production of design documents in two stages
(site work and structural steel, followed by architectural, foundations,
mechanical, electrical, and landscaping components). Services included review
of drawings and specifications, site visits and final construction review.
