Interactive Resources provided an independent review of the design and
construction documents of this office complex in Redwood City, which consists
of two high-rise office buildings and a mid-rise parking structure on the
former site of Marine World Africa USA. The steel frame office towers consist
of one 11-story building and one 16-story building, clad in distinctive
reflective blue-green glazing. A 5-story parking structure adjacent to the
office towers will contain 784 spaces.
Services provided by the firm included initial review of drawings and
specifications, site visits during the construction phase, and final
construction review.
