Interactive Resources provided site planning and design services for the second
phase of the 280,000 square foot Point Richmond Tech Center. This phase
included the design of a 165,000 square foot office and technical center on a
site immediately adjacent to the Tech Center I.
The design included office and research and development space in a two-story
octagonal building surrounding a large landscaped courtyard. This phase also
included parking and landscaped buffer areas, and serves as the main entrance
to the entire campus-like setting.
