This project called for the development of a Master Facility Plan for Building
334 -- a three-story, 25,000 square foot industrial building that had been
converted into offices and would become a part of the Central Waterfront
Management Center.
The scope included a code review, general building evaluation, and three
conceptual alternatives for future alterations. These alternatives
included: floor plans; building sections; descriptions of architectural,
structural, mechanical and electrical modifications; and, preliminary cost
estimates.
