Laboratory and Office Expansion
Richmond Water Pollution Control Plant
Richmond, CA
Interactive Resources provided programming, master planning, site design, and full architectural and engineering design services for the development of a 3,700 square foot addition to and remodel of the City of Richmond's existing 2,450 square foot general chemical testing and water quality testing laboratory, and offices for the water pollution control plant.

As part of this project, the Project Team met with the representatives of applicable regulatory agencies, including the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board, to obtain their facility, procedural and equipment requirements. The facility includes Industrial Pretreatment Program offices as well as a full range of necessary testing and computerized diagnostic equipment. The project also included hazardous materials and waste storage rooms.
