Interactive Resources performed a feasibility analysis of expansion
possibilities and developed a conceptual design for another phase of the
Aquatic Park Development in Berkeley. The goal of the analysis was to determine
the maximum appropriate size for a new structure on a particular parcel
adjacent to both new and historic buildings in the development area.
The analysis and subsequent conceptual design considered views of the project
from surrounding properties and from the East Bay hills, as well as sensitivity
to the architectural context of the adjacent historic building.
