This 60-acre site that is adjacent
to the rapidly developing southern portion of the Richmond shoreline was master
planned for development. Conceptual plans for this project included a mix of
office, retail, flex-tech, and sales/distribution uses.
Preliminary estimates for the project included up to 1,200,000 square feet of
new construction. The site is bounded by the I-580 freeway and Marina Bay, and
is accessible from two major intersections.
