Interactive Resources performed a Prospectus Development Study (PDS) of the U.S.
Department of Treasury Old Mint Building. The PDS is a detailed work plan for a
proposed new building or for the renovation of an existing building. The PDS
includes analysis of programming needs, codes and zoning studies, site issues,
short and long term stacking plans, pre design guidelines, floor plans,
detailed cost estimates, construction phasing and relocation plans, and
construction scheduling.
Interactive Resources provided accessibility improvement recommendations for
this complex 117,000 gross square foot historic structure as part of the PDS.
