This 96-unit, terraced, waterfront inn consists of five buildings of two stories
each, parking, a swimming pool, restaurant, and sun terrace. In preparing
the ADA building survey and cost estimate for this project, the firm’s first
priority was to provide accessible entrance for each of the nine required
units.
Services included a field visit, and the development of prioritized listings of
repair needs and recommended improvements for inclusion in an implementation
plan.
