Interactive Resources was a special consultant to the trial attorney, Jack
Provine, representing the plaintiff homeowners association. The claims
involved principally water penetration in the curtain wall.
The ensuing litigation was settled for $19 million, setting a record as the
largest settlement of a condominium construction defect case in California
history.
