This 345-unit apartment complex had
suffered from extensive structural wood decay resulting from widespread water
leakage over a period of many years. Although extensive repairs had been made,
the source of the problem had not been eliminated.
Interactive Resources performed water testing and exploratory demolition to
diagnose the sources of leakage. After prototype repairs were made which
performed successfully, bid documents were prepared for a comprehensive repair
program.
