Since 1998, Interactive Resources has been working on an indefinite delivery
contract with the Oakland District of the U.S. Postal Service. Projects
completed to date under this recent contract include:

Oakland Security Feasibility Study Upgrade - Determine the current conditions
and the requirements of the existing security system

Pittsburg Bay Point Station Renovation - Complete remodel of existing postal
station, including adding additional service counters, doubling the number of
boxes, and new finishes throughout

Richmond Station New Canopy Structures - Add two new canopy structures over
existing fuel island and fuel oil tank, and design new concrete slab at fuel
island

Oakland 7th Street Station HVAC for First Floor Mezzanine - Upgrade HVAC system
serving office space

Oakland 7th Street Station Y2K Security Upgrade - Provide security consulting
services to assist with bridging the end-of-year challenges for the existing

Services conducted under the three prior, consecutive contracts with the U.S.
Postal Service included architectural, civil engineering, structural
engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering renovation design.
Projects included investigation of building and roofing problems, and design
for alterations and repairs, as well as site improvements, renovation and
remodeling, investigation of construction defects, structural studies, elevator
studies, roof inspection, installation of scissor lifts, handicap ramps,
electric flip ramps, vestibule doors, fuel tanks, boilers, heating systems and
air conditioning compressors; replacement of service counters and bullet proof
screens; canopy extensions; replacement of walkways, underground fuel tanks,
HVAC control systems; modifications to storm drains, gutters, dock aprons,
loading docks, lighting and storage rooms and electrical support systems;
extensions and remodel and sewage system modifications; cost estimates; and
expert testimony.
