490 California Street Water Infiltration Testing Palo Alto, CA

This three-story, ceramic tile clad office and retail building had been leaking from windows, walls, and patio decks since it was first constructed in the early 1980s. Previous extensive repair attempts were unsuccessful.

Interactive Resources conducted water testing and exploratory demolition to diagnose the sources of water penetration.
