Music Center Addition and Remodel

This project involved a 5,300 square foot addition and the remodel of the
existing 12,000 square foot one-story wood framed stucco building on the Chabot
Campus for the Chabot-Las Positas Community College District.
The addition houses a choral recording room and control room, a computer lab,
band library, an electronic music/midi room and several new small practice
rooms. This project also included computer network wiring for connection to
campus network at new addition as well as the existing building.
