Interactive Resources was an expert
for a subcontractor defendant that provided prefabricated EIFS curtain walls
for the entire project. The claims involved principally water intrusion through
facades and roofs.
The complex comprises nine structures, including three high-rise towers, three
mid-rise buildings and three low-rise structures. Interactive Resources
provided testing, diagnostics, repair design and expert testimony. The case was
settled out of court.
