Water leakage into luxury condominiums on the 20th through 26th floors of this
downtown San Francisco high-rise had been a pervasive problem since
construction in 1985.
Interactive Resources was retained by the Homeowner Association to diagnose the
leakage, recommend repairs, and act as an expert witness in litigation against
the developer.
