Interactive Resources provided comprehensive architectural
services for the accessibility and seismic upgrade of this early 1960’s,
3-story, 29,000 square foot concrete classroom building.
This project started as an asbestos abatement and later evolved into a
comprehensive seismic retrofit and modernization that included: the
installation of a new elevator and other accessibility improvements; new
fixtures and finishes throughout; air conditioning; new electrical, telecom and
data services; fire protection and fire alarm system; additional lead and
asbestos abatement; a new roof; new exterior paint; and landscape and parking
improvements.
