At the request of a major lending
institution, Interactive Resources completed an evaluation of the One Market
building complex in downtown San Francisco.
This high-profile project is located on the San Francisco Bay front and is
visible from the Bay Bridge and Treasure Island. The complex includes a
43-story and a 29-story office tower, a six-story retail and office annex, and
a seven-story parking structure. Originally constructed in 1972-1975, the
structures underwent extensive remodeling in 1993-1995 by world-famous
architect Cesar Pelli.
As part of the building evaluation, Interactive Resources conducted a Probable
Maximum Loss study for the steel moment frame office towers and retail complex,
as well as for the non-ductile concrete frame parking structure.
