The Homeowners’ Association of this 95-unit townhouse development in Richmond
brought suit against the developer for alleged multiple construction
defects.
Interactive Resources was retained by the developer to provide support in
defense against the homeowner claims. The firm investigated and evaluated
the alleged defects, coordinated a joint defense response report, provided cost
estimates for alternate repairs, and participated in numerous expert meetings
and settlement conferences to mitigate or reduce the claims.
