oldest church in Richmond, the original wood frame building with brick veneer
was constructed in 1905.
The re-roofing project included the removal of the original wood shingles and
three layers of asphalt shingles, installation of a new plywood diaphragm tied
to the wood wall framing, new copper flashing and gutters, and new fiberglass
shingles.
Valued at $20,000, the design, engineering, and construction administration for
the project was provided by Interactive Resources as a public service.
