Silvercrest Apartment Complex

Interactive Resources provided water testing, diagnostics and repair
recommendations to the Salvation Army, who own this apartment
complex. Our firm subsequently prepared construction documents for
masonry repairs by epoxy injection and reinforcement. We then developed
and put into effect a long-term settlement monitoring program which tracks and
records elevation measurements of the one-story core areas and the grade
supported slabs of some of the units on the first floor of the 10-story towers.
