Interactive Resources was engaged by Zeneca Ag Products, Inc. to provide
architectural, mechanical, electrical, landscape, and cost estimating services
for this seismic retrofit and accessibility upgrade project.
Building 81 is an office and testing/research laboratory building. It is a
two-story “L”-shaped building, approximately 96 feet wide by 121 feet long. The
structure has story heights of 12 feet 6 inches at each level and an overall
building height of 30 feet.
The building is surrounded on two sides by landscaping. The rear of the building
is a paved service yard and the side of the building has a paved 7-foot walkway
separating it from another building.
