The Engineering Division of Interactive Resources provided structural and civil
engineering design for this 3-story, 3,200 square foot wood-framed house, which
is sited on a steep slope. Our services also included the design of a retaining
wall.
Our engineers also designed a new heavy-duty bridge with steel beams and
columns, and reinforced concrete deck. The structure is designed to support
heavy emergency services vehicles for turn-around at the dead end street.
