Cavallo Road Office Remodel

Interactive Resources provided space planning and design services for the
remodel of the former Contra Costa Newspapers Building, as well as modular
systems workstation design and the expansion of the parking lot. The remodeled
two-story, 23, 800 square foot building now houses Contra Costa County’s
Employment and Human Services Department.
The project also called for substantial structural, electrical and mechanical
system upgrades, as well as accessibility improvements, to the 30-year-old
tilt-up concrete, wood-framed building.
