The goal of this report is to explore the possible alternatives for meeting the FBI requirements at the 11000 Wilshire Boulevard Federal Building in Los Angeles. The FBI is dramatically increasing its requirements in the area and this report explores options including expansion within the existing federal building, expansion in a renovated federal building, expansion into a new expansion building and expansion into a completely new facility.
