State Capitol Building South Portico Repair Sacramento, CA

The south portico of the historic California state capitol building was damaged when it was struck by a large commercial truck.  The portico consists of 800 square feet of masonry surface.  Interactive Resources was hired as a subconsultant to facilitate the impact echo testing of the granite for detection of structural flaws parallel to the building’s face.
