Interactive Resources provided structural and civil design for the addition of an art studio and ornamental pond at this upscale single-family residence.

The topography of the site presented unique structural and drainage challenges, due mostly to the potential instability of local soil.

Interactive Resources provided full engineering services, from initial evaluation through construction, and worked closely with the homeowners, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure that the project’s functionality, serviceability and aesthetic goals were met.
