Public Works Corporation Yard Expansion Study and Design Merced, CA

Interactive Resources is currently providing architectural services for the planning and design of the expansionof the City of Merced’s Public Works Corporation Yard. 

The first phase of the project includes 10, 20 and 30-year needs assessments, the evaluation of present and future facilities, preliminary site layouts, and preparation of a pre-design report.  The scope of work includes: participation in meetings with City staff to discuss likely requirements; review of existing site and facility conditions and related documents; preparation of a conceptual site plan, floor plans and elevations for proposed buildings; development of a detailed cost estimate for the design and construction of the planned facilities; and the preparation of a comprehensive pre-design report.
