Merced Public Works Corp. Yard Expansion Study & Design City of Merced Merced, CA

Interactive Resources provided architectural services for the planning and design of the expansionof the City of Merced’s Public Works Corporation Yard. 

The first phase of the project included 10, 20 and 30-year needs assessments, the evaluation of present and future facilities, preliminary site layouts, and preparation of a pre-design report.  The scope of work included: participation in meetings with City staff to discuss likely requirements; review of existing site and facility conditions and related documents; preparation of a conceptual site plan, floor plans and elevations for proposed buildings; development of a detailed cost estimate for the design and construction of the planned facilities; and the preparation of a comprehensive pre-design report.
