88-unit condominium project consisting of 136,000 square feet of new
construction and a historic building. The new construction is typically 3-story
steel frame with stucco cladding.
Interactive Resources was retained by the developer to investigate and design
repairs for various defects consisting predominantly of building envelope water
intrusion, but also includes plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
