Burton Avenue Recreation Center Reroof and Accessibility Improvements Rohnert Park, CA

Interactive Resources conducted a reroofing study and an accessibility survey of this existing city recreation center. The project scope also included the design of a new roof and necessary barrier removals and other upgrades.

Following up on the report, Interactive Resources prepared contract documents for the implementation of the new roof and barrier removal. The work included a new passenger loading zone, accessible parking spaces, new toilet rooms, a new ramp at the rear outdoor area, new door hardware and the removal of a raised stage.
