Tenant Improvements and Addition West Contra Costa Board of Realtors Richmond, CA

Interactive Resources completed a partial seismic upgrade, alterations and addition to a 1963 built commercial building located in Richmond, California for West Contra Costa Board of Realtors. The scope of work for a 2,700 sq. ft. building included partial seismic upgrade structural work, and architectural design services for the new exit stairs for the mezzanine, accessibility upgrades, parking layout, interior improvements and storefront system. The mechanical work included all new HVAC. The electrical work included all new wiring and data wiring.
