Interactive Resources completed an interior office remodel for parts of the 6th and 9th floors of the Ronald Dellums Federal Building in Oakland, California.
The remodel was completed for the Social Security Administration department. The scope of work included interior demolition, interior office remodel, minor structural work, and architectural finishes such as new partitions, ceilings, carpets, painting and doors. The mechanical work included the relocation of new fire alarm sprinkler heads and HVAC system. The electrical work included the removal and reinstallation of existing lighting, new wiring and conduits and the relocation of floor outlets.
The project was designed to meet LEED® platinum standards for commercial interiors, and was awarded LEED Gold.
