For the C. Clifton Young Federal Building – located at 300 Booth Street, Reno, Nevada – Interactive Resources is currently providing architectural design services for tenant improvements and related common area alterations. Major tenant agencies included in the project are the Social Security Administration Office on the 4th Floor. Social Security Administration's office space is 8,000 square feet.
In addition, the scope of services includes common area improvements on these five floors, including complete renovation of the floor toilet facilities for compliance with GSA accessibility requirements. Scope of work includes interior demolition, construction of new interior offices in shell space, minor structural work, architectural finishes (new partitions, ceilings, carpet tile, painting and doors) and energy-efficient mechanical and electrical systems, data/communications, fire and security alarm systems as required to support the altered spaces.
