Interactive Resources has prepared a Program Development Study (PDS) for alteration and renovation of the Federal Building at 50 United Nations Plaza in San Francisco.
The study encompasses a broad scope of recommendations in regard to code analysis, accessibility, historic preservation (including compliance with historical building codes), seismic design, structural engineering, roofing, elevators, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, fire protection services, hazardous materials abatement, landscaping and more.
The project was designed to meet LEED® platinum standards (NC) for new construction and major remodeling and also incorporates solar photovoltaic panels.
