Interactive Resources was retained by K&S Management to review and evaluate the building's seismic performance and provide seismic strengthening of the buildings as deemed appropriate.
Interactive Resources also provided a Seismic Evaluation Report, construction administration and sign-off letter for the following soft-story projects, except for 3109 Telegraph Avenue, which did not need a seismic upgrade.
